They are granted editing access to features that clients only have viewing access to, such as creating briefs, calendars, and adding tasks and milestones. This allows them to manage the workload according to the agreed-upon brief. The freelancer can also assign tasks to themselves or the clients, setting reminders for actions that need to be completed. This approach helps eliminate the frustration of the freelancer chasing the client to fulfill their commitments. To facilitate this, freelancers and clients each have different portals to access the app through.

The app was designed to solve many common frustrations that freelancers and clients face together. To ensure Sparkflow’s success, it needs to undergo user testing to gather insights on its usability and identify areas for improvement. In the future, the app has the potential to be developed into a desktop version, further enhancing the workflow between freelancers and clients.
